Step 01
Your bespoke pre-wedding consultation, where we will set-up key event details such as pose, shot location and timings.
Whilst refining your vision based on the wedding proceedings, I will adapt my work to seamlessly fit your special day.

Step 02
The day of the ceremony, I will arrive and set up at the wedding 1 - 2 hours before the proceedings. Ensuring that your perfect moment is to be captured on canvas.
I will liaise with your relevant wedding suppliers to ensure our works are not affected by one another.

Step 03
It’s time for your moment… I will take a video of the time we have discussed so I don’t miss a single second of potential. But don’t worry, I will stay out of the way of your photographer/ videographer so that we can all achieve our visions.
I will then return to where I have set up so I can proceed with painting , ready for you and your guests!

Step 04
The painting begins, I will set up and embark on capturing your special moment on canvas. It will be the perfect entertainment for your guests, where I will interact and encourage participation to be apart of your cherished painting.
I aim to have as much paint on the canvas by the conclusion of the event to immerse you and your guests.

Step 05
At my studio I will refine and complete the oil painting, finishing it off with a UV and dust protective satin varnish.
When the art is ready to leave my studio, I will carefully pack it with a ‘Cerification of Authenticy’ and care instructions, ready for your home!

Travel costs
Travel within 30 miles from WF1 is included.
Travel within the rest of the UK starts from £50.
International and overseas portraits are always taken on, available on a request basis.
Add your beloved animals
Prices start from £50
Capture all your ‘loved-ones’ in your masterpiece by having your beloved animals captured in oil on your special day. Even if they didn’t make the event or can’t sit still for the reference image, I can carefully place them in the scene to involve them in the event!
Forever lasting memories
Prices start from £200 , price quoted upon enquiry dependent on size and scene requested.
Elegantly capture additional key moments during your Wedding Day with a bespoke refinement to accompany your masterpiece. This could be a behind the scenes of the bride’s morning preparation, a bouquet shot, or even another shot of the couple. This painting will be completed after the special day (in the studio) and would require a reference photo.
Add guests
As I am still new to the industry, I am wanting to perfect my time spent on painting the happy couple before I am comfortable adding more people to the canvas. However, this is something I would love to do in future!

I am currently working on offering further alternative services to live oil paintings. My illustration service could not only be unique and practical decoration, but also act as a personal favour for your wedding guests to take home.
For now, I am open to illustration services upon request before I add them as a staple on my website.

I would love to be apart of any wedding in the UK and beyond! Travel to weddings within Yorkshire is included in all package prices, travel within the rest of the UK starts from £100. International weddings are priced on a request basis, please reach out to me for confirmation of travel costs to your wedding venue.
When will we receive our portrait?

I aim to have all portraits dispatched to you within 4 - 8 weeks of your ceremony. This additional time allows for those extra special studio refinements, time for the painting to dry and vanishing of the canvas, protecting it from UV and dust. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, please note dispatch timelines may vary. Any changes will be communicated directly to you.
How do I book you as my live wedding painter?

Filling out the enquiry form on my website is the first step to ‘secure your date’. Once I have received your enquiry, I will contact you directly to discuss any additional details prior to issuing your bespoke quote. All bookings require a 20% deposit with the full balance due 6 weeks from your wedding day, dates are not secured until your deposit is received.
